A space for those wanting to find support and a safe place to be...

Join us every Third Thursday of the month at 5:30pm - 8:30pm at Hartley Hall for an evening of activities which include:

  • Movement including TaiChi, Dance, Zumba and Yoga.

  • Variety of Board and Card games.

  • Creative crafts including art and writing.

  • Quiet times for meditation, spirituality and rest.

  • Massages and relaxation.

  • Cafe for drinks, snacks and a chat with new friends.

Mental well-being is as important as physical well-being...
